MID-CENTURY APARTMENT D.
The luxery short time rental is located in Vienna’s Second district, home to the wonderful Riesenrad. The 98m2 apartment features 3 bedrooms and offers space for six people.
This project is hospitality related and involves the elaboration of a 50m2 apartment in the 2nd district. The challenge with this project was to approach as many different groups of people as possible. When it comes to short term rentals, the flat that rents out best usually has an interesting look and special key features. This time the general design theme was all about vintage flair and furniture especially from the mid-century period. A further challenge was the tight budget and the adherence to it. Therefore I thrifted and restored several unique pieces of furniture to give them a second life.
